The client can verify his identity in one of three ways:


Verification of data in the Personal Account

This requires:

Upload the identity documents, on which the Personal Account was registered (citizen's passport / national identification card / foreign passport), in the section "Verification".

Upload a full-face selfie with an identity document open on the front page (photo page). The photo must be of high resolution so that the face of the manager and the content of the document can be clearly seen (the photo must be recognizable, and the personal data in the document must be readable).

The answer to your application will be sent to the e-mail specified during the registration of the Personal Account, within a few hours after all conditions are met. Based on the results of the audit, if necessary, the company may request an additional document.


Verification of the client via Skype

To verify your identity using Skype, you must:

  • Upload an identity document to your Personal Account.
  • Send an e-mail [email protected] with a photo or a photo of the completed application and I will apply for confirmation of my identity via Skype.


When submitting an application, you must indicate your contact details in Skype, your Personal Account number and a convenient time for calling. Confirmation of the application will be a letter from the employee of the company with the agreed contact time.

Important! The verification procedure via Skype is possible only if the client has a web-camera.

Employees of the Company contact the client only at the previously agreed time and only under the name JFSBrokers_verify.

At the appointed time, the employee of the company contacts the client using the specified contact details via Skype. During the call, there is a check of the correspondence between the data indicated by the client in the application and the data of the identity document, and also a full face photo of the client is taken with the identity document opened on the front page. If, for some reason, the call did not take place, the client needs to create a new request.


Postage of documents

If the Client cannot pass verification via Skype or in the Personal Account, he must send to the mailing address of the Company the original application with a notarized signature, as well as a serial copy of the document specified in the Personal Account.
